Dear colleague,

we would like to invite you to discuss both work-related issues as well as personal wishes and expec-tations, agree on targets and shape the future cooperation between yourself and your manager, in the annual review, critical review and/or feedback meeting.
These talks give you the opportunity to reach agreements on work tasks, the working environment, teamwork and management, as well as the change and development perspectives.

The annual review is a look back over the past year and is used to plan the coming year or should be used to reach agreements:
Have a think about the last year and come up with some conclusions together with your superior. If you already had an annual review last year, reflect on the agreements you made previously when you go through the questions. How have these been put into practice and what do you hope for the future?

If you have been invited to a feedback meeting or critical review, use the documents here to help you prepare:
